Hello there! I’m Alexandra, the Co-founder, Event Planner, and Coordinator at Evently Spain. With a diverse background in project management, people management, I.T., and catering, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table. Originally from the scenic town of Llandudno, North Wales in the UK, I now live and work in the charming village of Frigiliana, Spain.
My decision to establish Evently Spain came from a deeply personal place. After experiencing my own wedding’s disappointments, I was determined to ensure no other couple should feel the same. The happiest day of my life was littered with problems from start to finish through no fault of my own and if it could have gone wrong, it went wrong!
Because of this experience I now pour my heart and soul into making every event flawless and memorable for each couple who entrusts me with their special day.
Over the years, my varied professional experiences have fine-tuned my eye for detail, and my exceptional people skills create a warm, welcoming environment that makes each event personal and unforgettable.
When I’m not busy crafting beautiful events, I’m a Mum to two wonderful children, wife to Daniel, and a doting pet mum to two tortoiseshell cats and a rather naughty beagle. I love to lose myself in a good book, explore the Spanish countryside on hiking trails, express my creativity through crochet, and, whenever I can, travel.
I love drawing inspiration from my travels, always on the lookout for fresh, exciting ideas to incorporate into my event planning. I believe that every journey is an opportunity to bring something new to the table.

Hey there! I’m Daniel, and I’d be absolutely thrilled to be a part of your wedding planning adventure. As someone who thrives on organisation and pays meticulous attention to detail, I’m here to ensure that your special day is nothing short of extraordinary.
Although I was born in the UK, being half Spanish has meant that my heart has always been drawn to Spain, and I’ve finally found my home in the picturesque village of Frigiliana in the south. Living here with my beautiful wife, Alexandra, our two wonderful children, and our four-legged friends—a pair of cats and an adorable dog—I am truly blessed.
When I’m not busy making your wedding dreams come true, you’ll often find me immersed in the world of music. I’m a passionate musician, skilled in playing multiple instruments and lending my musicianship to “The Ultimate Party Band on the Costa Del Sol” – Geckoblaster. Through my experiences performing at weddings and assisting with equipment rental, I’ve witnessed the things that can and do go wrong and the hard work that wedding planners and co-ordinators put in to ensure your special day runs smoothly.
Beyond the stage and the planning realm, I find solace in cultivating nature’s gifts. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about growing my own fruits and vegetables and indulging in the art of cheese making, crafting tantalizing charcuterie, and experimenting with various alcoholic concoctions. Life’s pleasures are meant to be savoured!
It was my own wedding experience with Alexandra, coupled with witnessing how things could be done better, that ignited a fire within me to transform the wedding planning landscape. While there are trailblazers out there doing things right, on the whole the industry’s acceptance of mediocrity left me yearning for something better – for couples to have a truly remarkable and unforgettable wedding day.
