We urge you to peruse our Terms and Conditions carefully before availing any of our services. Upon contracting any service from us, you thereby agree and are legally bound by these terms.

- Payment & Booking:
General Terms: Unless explicitly stated in a proforma invoice or correspondence between Evently Spain and the client.
Payment Methods: We facilitate payments through Credit or Debit Card. We also accept bank transfers before the expiration of your service. Note: Our online payment platform doesn’t retain customer card details.
Refunds: We don’t accept returns based on results (e.g., reservations, profile visits). It’s crucial to note that no specific outcome is guaranteed, and traffic data are estimations which may fluctuate.
Cancellation: Refunds aren’t provided, even for early cancellations before renewal dates.
- Marketing:
Evently Spain reserves the right to use your event as marketing collateral (e.g., photos, videos, logos). If you’d prefer we don’t use specific material, a prior written notice is mandatory.
- End User Obligations:
Users are expected to interact with our website lawfully and refrain from any illicit activities or actions against public decency, local customs, and regulations. Introducing harmful software or uploading offensive content is strictly prohibited. Members should only register their profile under categories relevant to their service offering, ensuring the platform’s integrity. We reserve the right to alter or remove categories that don’t align with our service standards.
- Jurisdiction & Governing Laws:
Any dispute related to Evently Spain shall be governed by Spanish law and resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaga.
- Data Protection & Privacy Policy:
Commitment: We vow to handle your personal information with utmost confidentiality, using it only to process requests or deliver relevant news.
Disclosure: Under no circumstance will your data be shared with third parties.
User Rights: According to the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999, users have rights to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose their data’s processing. Requests can be mailed to our address or emailed to enquiries@eventlyspain.com. Actions will be taken within 10 days of request.
Usage of Images: We might use images from activities and events for marketing (e.g., Website, Facebook) unless explicitly stated by the client.
- Other Notices:
VAT Adjustment: If there’s any change in Spain’s VAT between quotation and invoice dates, the final amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Images in Literature: Photos used in our promotional material are indicative and might not represent the exact activities.
